Have you heard of "forest bathing"? It's quite simple: going into the forest for stress reduction and to connect quietly and gently with nature. We will take a slow walk and stop occasionally to immerse and use our senses to bring ourselves to wonder in the present moment. We will be silent for much of the time so we can notice more and be free of distractions of daily life. Past participants have said it's like a "spa for your soul." Come dressed for the weather; we will walk rain or shine, warm or cold. The forest always has something beautiful to offer us.
